For Customers

- Do not request or engage in off-platform payments or communications to circumvent our systems.
- Provide honest and constructive feedback after your event.
- Respect the provider's policies, time, and expertise.
For Service Providers
- Accurately represent your services, skills, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality in your work.
- Honor all confirmed bookings and agreements made on the platform.
- Communicate promptly and clearly with clients.
- Do not solicit off-platform payments or create fake profiles/reviews.
- Maintain all necessary licenses and insurance for your business.

Enforcement & Reporting
Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, account limitations, or permanent suspension from the Agora platform. If you encounter behavior that violates these policies, please use the reporting tools available on user profiles and booking pages, or contact our support team directly.
